FAQ

Common questions from participants and accepted paper authors.

What is the workshop format?

The workshop is organised into two sessions: S1 (2:15-3:45 PM) and S2 (4:30-6:00 PM), with a coffee break and poster session (3:35-4:30 PM) in between.

What should accepted authors prepare for the poster session?

Accepted authors should prepare a poster or visual summary based on their accepted 2-page position paper. The goal is not to present a full paper, but to make the key idea, challenge, method, case study, or provocation easy to discuss with other workshop participants. Poster format details will be shared after acceptance.

We are also exploring a special issue connected to the workshop themes. Selected workshop contributions may be invited to develop their work further for this venue, subject to confirmation of the publication plan and editorial process.

Will there be oral presentations?

The programme will include an invited keynote, a panel discussion, and interactive group activities. Depending on the number of accepted submissions and the final workshop schedule, we may also include short lightning talks for participants to briefly introduce their work. The remaining time will be dedicated to discussion-based activities and collaborative synthesis.

Can I still participate if I did not submit a paper?

Yes. The workshop is open-door. Some seats are reserved for accepted-paper authors until 5 minutes before the workshop starts; after that, all seats are available to walk-ins.

Do accepted-paper authors have a mandatory attendance policy?

There is currently no mandatory attendance policy.

Is remote participation supported?

No. The workshop is in-person only.

Will the workshop be recorded?

No. The workshop will not be recorded by organizers in order to promote transparent discussion.
